If within the first 30 days you decide Hostawake is not for you, we refund what you paid for the hosting. No questionnaires, no retention calls.

1. What it covers

It covers the amount paid for the web hosting plan on the initial purchase, within the 30 calendar days following sign-up.

2. What it does not cover

• Domain registrations and renewals, because they are paid to the registrar at the time of sign-up.
• Additional third-party services you have purchased separately.
• Renewals after the first term.

3. How to request it

Open a ticket from your client area saying that you want to use the guarantee. We process the refund through the same payment method you used.

4. Timings

We confirm the request within 48 hours at most. The refund usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Before you go

If the reason is a technical problem, tell us first: in most cases we can solve it the same day. And if you would still rather leave, we migrate your site to your new provider at no cost.
